If you have a domain name registered elsewhere, you can transfer it to us at CommaSys to benefit from our control panel and, if you have web hosting with us, we can map the domain onto your existing web site.

Three steps is all it takes:

Transferring UK Domains to CommaSys

.co.uk, .org.uk and .me.uk

1. Contact your current domain registrar and ask them to change the IPS Tag for your domain to be "EXTEND". It may be possible for you to do this yourself depending on the facilities offered by your current domain registrar.
2. Once the IPS Tag has been changed, enter your domain name above. You will be shown a list of domains that are available to purchase and you will also see your domain under the "Domains Available to Transfer" section. Click on the box next to that domain name you are transferring and proceed with your order.

Transferring International Domains to CommaSys

.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .me

1. Enter your domain name above. You will be shown a list of domains that are available to purchase and you will also see your domain under the "Domains Available to Transfer" section. Click on the box next to that domain name you wish to transfer and proceed with your order.
2. The Administrator contact for the domain will receive an email from OpenSRS with instructions on how to confirm they are happy for the transfer to proceed.
3. Once they have confirmed, it usually takes about 24 hours for the domain to be transferred, but in some cases it can take up to 7 days.
